About Me
Prophetess Contura Thompson, also known as Connie, was quick to recognize God’s call upon her life from a young age. At 19, she made a profound dedication to the Lord, a commitment she has faithfully upheld ever since.
Contura is the published author of three books, including “So
You Think You Need a Man When All You Really Need Right
Now Is Christ“,” “God’s Perfect Will for Your Life,” and “God’s
Mistake.” Additionally, she has released a gospel CD titled “My
Everything.” Her ministry has been featured on the Preach The Word television network, and she is now dedicated to traveling across the country to teach and share the gospel as the Lord leads.
Contura has been called to all fivefold ministry offices and has operated in all except for her calling as an Apostle. Currently, she is fulfilling her prophetic calling. She possesses the gift of dream interpretation and imparts this knowledge to others. As a certified Christian Life Coach, she plays a crucial role in the lives of multiple women, leading by example and emphasizing the importance of maintaining integrity and character in all that she does.
Her mentors in ministry include motivational speaker Priscilla Shirer, Pastor Jesse Duplantis, and Bishop Dale Bronner. She is committed to lifelong learning and aspires to earn a Bachelor’s in biblical studies, followed by a Master’s and ultimately a Doctorate.
She is married to jazz musician Charles Thompson, and they have five adult children. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, She is passionate about spreading the message of God’s love and purpose to everyone she encounters.
